The Bodri family estate cultivates more than 25 hectares. There are 11 hectares in Faluhely Vineyard and 11 hectares in the neighbouring Gurovica vineyard.
Kadarka, kekfrankos, cabernet sauvignon, franc, merlot, zweigelt and pinot noir are the blue grape-varieties. The winery is equipped with modern stainless steel tanks. Their capacity enables Bodri Winery to vinify even 200 tons of grapes. They bottle a total of 40-60,000 bottles of wine a year.
The basic concept is simple: making excellent wines from excellent grapes. So, controlling the yield is very important (only 1kg fruit per vine as an average).
