Nero is a grape variety selected in Hungary. It is resistent one, as the plant is producing a huge quantiy of antioxidants, for this reason it does not require spraying with chemicals in the wineyard. The antioxidants are rescued into the wine as well, the Nero wine's antioxidant  content is seven times higher compared to an average aged red wine. Its wine has a deep, absolutely unique colour, ligthly rose smell, after the required ageing period it is round, huge-bodied, full of fire and emotions. It requires the barrel ageing, it must be kept in barrel at least for a year, and it takes another year in the bottle to get the final roundness.

Food pairing: the exciting elegant wines has its own place in gastronomy,  it is good companion to spicy beef, crispy duck dishes, but it fits well to the dense, dark, sweet soy sauce and hoisin sauce dishes.  To be served at 16-17 C.
